  • 02 - Can Moxon Bros assist with the initial council/certification of your project? Including DA and CC?

    Moxon Bros are very knowledgeable and capable in the local council and certification process from initial plans to final certification of your project.

  • 03 - Will Moxon Bros manage all tradespeople on site and communicate to clients?

    Moxon Bros provides all tradespeople that we have had working relationships with for up to 20 years. Rest assured we can provide trustworthy, efficient tradespeople for every project.

  • 04 - Can Moxon Bros assist with initial design and the design process throughout?

    Moxon Bros is experienced with the design aspect of all building works throughout 20 + years of personal experience and have many architects and interior designers on hand to recommend.

  • 05 - How do you guarantee your work?

    We guarantee to provide the best quality finish as per your specifications.

  • 06 - What are your contract conditions?

    All of our contracts are in line with HIA guidelines and regulations.

  • 07 - Will the site be left clean and tidy throughout project and on completion?

    We leave the job in a better state than when we arrived, and can organise a professional cleaner at the end of each job.

  • 08 - How long does council approval take?

    Approval varies from council to council and job to job, depending on size etc. Contact us for a tailored estimate.

  • 09 - Can you recommend a designer/architect?

     We work closely with many architects and designers who we can highly recommend. 

  • 10 - When can my building work commence?

    On acceptance of quote we will give a detailed timeline and commencement date for your project. 

  • 11 - Do you give an average time frame for renovations?

    During our quoting process, we will give a detailed timeline on how the job is to be completed on time, and on budget. 

  • 12 - What is the time frame for container homes or knock down and rebuild?

    For container homes, we can give a detailed timeline in the quoting process, usually significantly quicker than conventional builds. Take for example our Cronulla project, demolition commenced mid-way through May 2015, clients moved in end of August 2015.
